Another group of angel believers say that only 30% of angels have wings, which is commonly illustrated in historical art works and written descriptions.

This is according to a report made by a group that launched a detailed study of angels founded on various documents, and well known historical sources. The 30% of angels that have wings are low in the hierarchical structure of angels, and are believed to be the ones chosen to speak with people in order to bring either warnings or messages from Heaven. Some spiritual leaders and sages believed that angels converse with men and women about material things, but are not visible to the vast majority of people.
