The optimal times to perform this exercise would be five minutes in the morning and five before you turn in at night.

The last technique that will help you increase height is called hanging knee-up. It begins the same as the first exercise. Hold the horizontal rod, palms facing you. Slowly allow your knees to come all the way to your upper body. Then gradually bring them back. Repeat this for a couple of minutes to allow the bones in the spine to elongate.
